I have been buying a lot of mother of pearl for the exhibition Invisible Landscapes. For serving caviar there were sets of mother of pearl spoons, forks and knives. Here I have used the decorated part of the spoon handle and made them into earrings, crowning them with an 18ct gold sunburst.
