Made up of three large diamond slices and two agates, each of these is backed with a different colour gold leaf to bring out their best qualities.

I have surrounded them with 18ct white gold ‘shingle’. I used not to like white gold which, in the trade, is often plated with white rhodium to make it white and shiny. If it is left unpolished it seems to me to look more like steel and has a mysterious quality to it.

They have been strung with black faceted diamond beads, which glint as you move. To make it long enough I added tiny bits of white gold tube to the back.
