A star shaped brooch and a squarish pendant, possibly from a horse bridle work together as a mismatched pair of earrings. Both are exceptional detected finds which I felt needed to be left largely as they were. The greenish patina looks wonderful with the rich gold. The plates of the golden curls are made for pierced ears, but could be adapted to clips.
